Why would we expect either of these guys to have the ability to fix our economic woes when they can’t even follow the debate rules they put in place themselves?

    Hello America,

What I’m about to say goes against all that I’ve been made to believe in. As a white independent voter, today I chose to vote for Obama. I write these words in the privacy of my home because my family is so strong on race that the fear of being casted from the root of my being scares me. Today I chose to vote for Obama because I truly beleive in his words. My vote is not just for him but it’s for my children, my safty and my job. TODAY I CHOSE TO VOTE FOR MY FAMILY. The chances of meeting McCain is odd so why vote for someone who looks like my father, grandfather or next door neighbor. To me it has been made clear. This is not a Red Sox/Yankees game America, this is real life and whatever choice you make, you have to live with and I refuse to base my decision against my children and their future simple because I’m white.
